What you write and answer is yours. Exporting and deleting are free and never limited.
Export
In Settings, under Your data, press Download beside Export my data. You get a zip of your topics, questions, quizzes, schedule, attempts, retention checks and exam results, with your questions also as a CSV in the import template's shape. It always holds your Personal space.
Delete your account
In Settings, press Delete account. Type your username, then press Delete in 14 days. Export first if you want a copy.
For 14 days, signing in shows only Keep your account? Press Keep my account to stay. After 14 days everything is deleted. Answers you gave inside someone else's quiz or group stay with them, without your name.
